Home schooling program
(they help home schooling parents coordinate activities, instructional materials, etc)
Group that helps senior citizens or the disabled
(can use for all sorts of things like coordinating/making group purchases, helping with doctor scheduling, meals/visits, etc)

Some added thoughts:
Legal
Understand the licensing limits that may be placed on any software you plan to leave with the system. There may be legal restrictions on "passing on" the software or leaving a copy on the donated computer while you keep a copy on your new computer.
ID Theft and Personal Data Security
Use a 100% delete/overwrite security program to completely eliminate any sensitive data you may have on the storage drives. A simple Windows OS file delete leaves the file(s) intact and fairly easy to recover if someone chooses to do so. There are a number of decent freeware/donateware programs that do this quite well. One can even wipe the entire storage device(s) (and then would need to install/reinstall an OS). See download site like majorgeeks.com for what's currently available.
